General Return Policy
Shopping for should be enjoyable, so don’t be afraid to mix things up! If an item is not the right fit, you may return it within 30 days of delivery, provided it is in its original condition and original packaging.
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged to qualify for a refund. Any item that shows signs of use or modification will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs; however, we are happy to assist with carrier options, shipping rates, and return instructions. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment for the merchandise total only. Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
Please note:
• Return shipping costs are paid directly by the customer to the carrier.
• Shipping costs vary based on location, item size, weight, and selected shipping method.
• If the original order included free shipping, the outbound shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
• A restocking fee may apply to returned items.
Which items can’t be returned?
The following items are not eligible for return:
Used Items Damaged Items Sale or Clearance Items
Gift Cards or Certificates
Customized or Made-to-order Items
How do I return an item if I change my mind?
1) Visit the My Orders section of My Account.
2) Identify and select the return option for the item you wish to return.
3) Complete the online return form, including your preferred return and refund method.
After submitting your request, you will receive a confirmation email with detailed return instructions. This email may also include return labels or additional guidance—please refer to it if you have any questions.
In some cases, you may receive a special offer to keep the item at a discounted price instead of returning it. This offer is optional and cannot be modified. You may decline the offer and proceed with the return if you prefer.
What if I change my mind about returning the item?
If you’ve already submitted a return request but decide to keep the item, you can cancel the return through My Orders, as long as the item is still in your possession.
